Our Story
A Legacy of Quality,
Four Generations Deep
As a fourth-generation butcher, my roots in this industry run deep. My grandfather migrated to the United States from Lebanon in 1977 to escape the civil war, settling in Dearborn, Michigan, where our family has remained ever since. I began working in our family business as a teenager, nurturing a lifelong dream of starting my own enterprise.
While attending college, I took my first entrepreneurial step by launching a livestock company, supplying poultry to various processing plants across the Midwest. After graduation, my hard work culminated in the opportunity to purchase Al Amin Halal Live Poultry in Hamtramck, MI, in 2017. Through long hours and unwavering dedication, we built it into a thriving "Live Market."
However, operating as a custom-exempt processing plant limited our ability to reach a broader consumer base. Driven by a vision to expand, I set my sights on establishing a USDA-certified processing plant to share our premium products nationwide. This represents our most significant milestone to date.
Today, we are proud to be building the first USDA-certified, hand-slaughtered Zabiha Halal processing plant in the state of Michigan. We are committed to providing the most authentic, highest-quality Zabiha Halal poultry available, and we are incredibly excited for what the future holds, Inshallah.
